Breakfast:

All prices do not include the breakfast buffet. We charge an additional EUR 20.00 for our extensive breakfast buffet.
Breakfast times: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 10:00 / Saturday - Sunday 07:00 - 10:00

Children:

We are happy to provide you with a cot free of charge.
Children up to the age of 5 can sleep in a cot or in their parents' bed free of charge, including breakfast.
For children up to 13 years in an extra bed including breakfast we charge EUR 30.00 per night and for children from 14 years and adults the price is EUR 60.00 per night.

Baby cots and extra beds can be booked on request and subject to availability, please inform us in good time.

Pets:

You are welcome to bring your pets with you to our hotel if you notify us in advance. We charge an additional EUR 15,00 per night for this. Please reserve in good time as pets are only available to a limited extent. Please note that it is not permitted to take your pets into our restaurants if a food buffet is set up here (daily breakfast buffet and, if necessary, lunch or dinner buffet).

Sauna rules:

  • Please do not enter the wellness area in street shoes.
  • You are in our textile-free sauna area. Please do not wear swimwear.
  • Thorough body cleaning before using the facility is an absolute must.
  • Please only use seating and lying areas with a pad.
  • Our staff will be happy to prepare bath applications for you on request.
  • Please shower before using the plunge pool.
  • You are in a recreation area. Please be considerate of all guests present.
  • Mobile phones have no access to our THERMARIVM - they should stay in the closet.
  • We are happy to provide you with food and drinks. Therefore, it is not permitted to bring food with you.
  • Please take care of your locker key.
  • We assume no liability for items brought in.
  • Visits are not possible during opening hours.

What else is good to know - THERMARIVM:

You will receive a towel package for use in the sauna area. For this, please pay a deposit of € 10.00 directly to the sauna employee. The deposit will be refunded when the towels are returned.

Lockable lockers are available in the changing rooms. You need a € 1.00 coin per locker - take this back with you after your visit.

Upon request, you can borrow a bathrobe and extra towels. The rental fee per bathrobe is currently € 6.00, € 3.50 per bath towel and € 1.50 per hand towel.

You can purchase a pair of disposable bathing shoes for € 2.50.
