After Corona has almost been forgotten in the last few months, the next dark clouds are already spreading over all of us.

Like you, we have been struggling with exorbitant price increases for months. For example, our gas prices have increased TRIPLE and electricity TEN times! Our laundry costs increased by 25%, food prices increased by 25-35%. All prices for the services of our external companies (e.g. cleaning, waste disposal fees, etc.) have also become massively more expensive for us in recent months. Unfortunately, there is no end in sight to this development - on the contrary.

For six months now we have kept all prices for our guests constant and stable and have not passed on any costs. As of October 1st, 2022, new price increases, especially in the energy sector, have already been announced to us and so we have to react now.

For this reason, from October 1st, 2022, we will be one on all accommodation offers and services

raise. We will include this surcharge in the room price, since we are obliged according to § 3 of the Price Indication Ordinance to have to show inclusive prices without surcharges. Excluded from this are gastronomic services in the restaurant and parking fees.

In addition, due to the further increase in costs, we will close our wellness area from October 4th, 2022 until further notice.

We very much regret this and hope that we will be able to return to "normal" business operations in the foreseeable future.
